Founded in 1989, Rosen Motors Group recently celebrated its 22nd year in business, during which the company has grown to include several dealership brands (including Hyundai, Nissan, Kia, Honda, and Mazda) located in Lake and Kane counties of Illinois and Milwaukee, WI. Founder/President Saul Rosen, who estimates that he has sold more than a million vehicles during his career, has no plans to slow down. 

According to Mr. Rosen, the key to their success has been to never forget people deserve affordable vehicles that make their life easier backed by honest, professional service. "Succeeding in the automotive business is as much about whom you know as what you know, and giving back to the community that has supported you," says the altruistic auto dealer who is active with several local charities. "Our goal is to keep people so happy and satisfied that they don't want to go anywhere else to buy a vehicle, or for maintenance and repairs." 

Rosen's people-first, family oriented approach includes his dealerships' management and staff. "We're a family run business since two of my nephews manage dealerships and my other managers have been with us since the beginning. That gives us stability and continuity in today's world where everyone seems to change jobs every few years. We're in this business for the long term, and our customers know it," said Rosen. "Our longevity is a direct result of our relationships with our customers. In fact, we're seeing many second-generation customers, as people bring in their grown up sons and daughters to buy a new or used car. To me, that's the ultimate compliment because it shows that we've been doing things right for the past two decades." 

"Customer service is our top priority and our customers know it," said Rosen, whose dealerships have won numerous awards, including: The Honda President's Award, Nissan's "Owner First" Award of Excellence, Mazda's "Gold Cup" Award, and Hyundai Motors' "Board of Excellence." In addition, Mr. Rosen is the past-Chairman of the Nissan National Dealer Advisory Board (2008), and has served on Mazda's National Dealer Council.
